These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at stratevalue.com and any content, tools or features made available on it (together, the "Site"), operated by StrateValue Pte Ltd (UEN 201115055E) ("StrateValue", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Our paid consulting services are provided under separate written agreements (such as proposals, statements of work or master services agreements). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement in respect of that engagement, the engagement agreement prevails.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
The AI-Readiness Assessment and any calculators, guides or tools on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Any score, recommendation or output is indicative, generated from the limited information you provide, and is not a substitute for tailored professional advice. We make no guarantee as to any particular result or outcome, and the tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Content on the Site is general information and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site does not create a consulting, advisory or other client relationship. A relationship is formed only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "StrateValue" name and mark, layouts, and the assessment tool — is owned by or licensed to StrateValue and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 2, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to or incorporate third-party websites and services (for example, our LinkedIn page, or security and email providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information is complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrateValue and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. To the extent StrateValue is found liable in connection with the Site, our total aggregate liability is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrateValue from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence, you agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
We operate from Singapore and make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
