StrateValue Pte Ltd ("StrateValue", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data when you visit stratevalue.com, use our AI-Readiness Assessment, contact us, or engage our consulting services.

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, other data protection laws — including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR — reflecting the fact that we serve clients in Singapore, across Asia, and worldwide.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data we collect when you interact with our website and marketing activities. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of a consulting engagement, we generally act as a data intermediary (processor) under a separate written agreement, and that client's own privacy notice governs how the data is used — see section 6.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, work email, company or organisation, phone number, and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
• AI-Readiness Assessment data — your answers to the assessment questions and, if you choose to receive your full results, your name, work email and company.
• Consultation and engagement details — information you share when scheduling or during a consultation or project.
• Technical and usage data — collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed. This may include limited data processed for security and bot-protection purposes.
• Communications — records of correspondence with us.

Please provide only the personal data that is necessary, and avoid sending us sensitive personal data through the website's forms.

4. How we collect it

• Directly from you — when you complete a form, take the assessment, email or call us, or engage our services.
• Automatically — through our hosting and security infrastructure when you browse the site (see our Cookie Policy).
• From third parties — for example, if a colleague refers you, or from publicly available professional sources such as LinkedIn.

5. How and why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the information, consultation or services you request;
• deliver your AI-Readiness Assessment results and relevant follow-up;
• manage and perform our client engagements, including billing and administration;
• operate, secure, maintain and improve our website (including preventing spam and abuse);
• send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant updates about our services (you can opt out at any time);
• comply with legal, regulatory and accounting obligations; and
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA/UK): we rely on your consent (e.g. optional marketing), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests (e.g. running and securing our business, responding to enquiries), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose personal data with your consent (including deemed consent) or as otherwise permitted by law.

6. Client and engagement data

In the course of AI consulting, we may access or process personal data belonging to our clients or their customers. In these cases:

• we typically act as a data intermediary / processor and process such data only on the client's documented instructions under a written agreement;
• we maintain confidentiality and apply appropriate security safeguards;
• where we use third-party AI tools or platforms in an engagement, we select providers that offer appropriate data-protection commitments and, where relevant, we do not permit client confidential data to be used to train publicly available AI models without the client's authorisation.

7. Disclosure and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to:

• Service providers (sub-processors) who help us run our website and business, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations — for example, Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, content delivery, security and bot protection) and Resend (transactional email delivery), as well as our email, productivity and accounting providers;
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants;
• Authorities or third parties where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users or the public; and
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this policy.

8. International data transfers

Because we serve clients globally and use reputable international service providers, personal data may be stored or processed outside Singapore, including in jurisdictions that may not have the same data-protection laws. When we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA (the Transfer Limitation Obligation), for example through contractual protections and provider certifications. For personal data protected by the EEA/UK GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

9. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. As a guide, enquiry and assessment data is generally retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless a client relationship is established, while client engagement and financial records are retained for the periods required by contractual, tax and accounting laws (typically at least 5 years in Singapore). We then securely delete or anonymise the data.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• access the personal data we hold about you and request information about how it has been used;
• correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
• withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your data (this may affect our ability to provide certain services);
• opt out of marketing communications at any time; and
• for individuals in the EEA/UK, additionally request erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies, primarily for security and core functionality. Please see our Cookie Policy for details and how to manage them.

13. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, our LinkedIn page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

14. Children's data

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
